MID CENTURY ROCKING CHAIRS BY UCHIDA JAPAN
Vintage Uchida Z chairs, made in Japan. This model can be used as a fixed lounge chair, or as a rocking chair by folding the rockers in & out. Steel frames and canvas slings, still with the original headrests attached by velcro. These are incredibly comfortable armchairs. For storage, they can be conveniently folded up & put away. Sold as a pair, price is for both.
They are solid and functional, and a very cool thing, but could do with some restoration. The frames are rusty and one of the rockers is missing the end of the pole (doesn't affect use). The canvas is faded and has some wear on the corners, one has a large hole that could be repaired. The armrests are scuffed and one has a little damage. Regardless, they're great chairs, still with much life to live, and an awesome piece of mid century Japanese design.

of smaller items is via Sendle and cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please allow 2 days handling time and up to 7 working days for delivery. All items are sent with tracking, which will be emailed to you once your item is en route.
Combined shipping on multiple items will calculate at checkout. For any significant over charges - this will be refunded. Otherwise contact us if you would like a quote prior to purchasing.
NOTE: orders are shipped with a courier service, so no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers please.
