1960s PARKER COCKTAIL CABINET
Incredible vintage cocktail cabinet by renowned Australian furniture maker Parker. This is a top quality piece in teak veneer with solid timber handles and legs. Features a fold out bar with mirrored back and glass shelf. Four drawers below, the top one with blue felt-lined cutlery divider. Cabinet on the left has a blue felt-lined pull-out drawer, wine bottle storage shelf and another shelf. Both the shelves are adjustable. It stands proud on lovely tapered wooden legs.
Wonderful original condition. But not perfect, see pics for details. Both felt drawers have small stains on the fabric. And there's another mark inside another of the drawers. The handle of the cutlery drawer shows a past repair. It's totally solid, but a little messy, however not visible when the drawer is shut. The bottle shelf has a few red stains (spilt wine perhaps?!). There's 3 small chips to the veneer. And the top surface has some marks and a little wear. Pop a plant and some pottery on top and it's easily hidden. A remarkably beautiful piece regardless.
